But AMISOM is crowding out the defense appropriations for Somalia. They get the lion's share of the funding.Few donors want to invest in the outer shield which prevents an AS full frontal assault, the SNA. To add insult to injury, the SNA can not import the right kind of weapons it needs. The West is being very disingenuous about helping the SNA.
