Poor Giant! This is a freak of nature! The weird part is he dresses and looks like a typical Somali dude but only a giant! And also, it looks like he is not yet used to his humongous size and height. Look at the way he leans down to the police car to un-giant himself if only a little. And the people next to him look like small dolls! Look at the police car! If it wasn't for his baasto typical skinny Somali hands, he could lift the vehicle up himself!

Hussain Bisad is one of the tallest men in the world, at 2.32 m (7 ft 7 1⁄2 in). He has the largest hands of anyone alive : his hands are 10.59 inches or 26.9 cm long. He has size 26 feet and weighs 210 kg (460 lb).
Doctors believe that Bisad is suffering from a condition called pituitary giantism, that makes growth continue after most people stop developing. Expert in abnormal growth Professor Mike Besser, from Bart’s Hospital, Central London, said he probably has a tumour in the pituitary gland behind his eyes.
Hussein Bisad is originally from Somaliland, but fled after being shot, and has been granted asylum in Britain, where he now lives.

His father is called bissad for his small stature not him. He is ina bissad and he has a twin sister with a normal size. Actually she is little bit below average hight.
