If Hassan Sheikh recognizes Khatuumo the same time he recognizes the central state then he would be considered a good president by the masses and even have a chance at a second term.

I think dam jadid was avoiding khatumo because of somaliland but they seem since the relations with puntland has gotten worse to have plans of deconstructing puntland and enfluencing on its elections. Govt media is covering taleh conference.

they have every right to govern their own lands just like everyone else.
