This news is nothing new. Many times have donor agencies pledged to give Somalia aid money we are yet to be in receipt of. Corruption needs to be weeded out.

Thanks pal. I think naming and shaming would be good because it would create the fear of being shamed. Plus when they are shamed they can only work for a currupt company or agency and no where respectable because of their reputation is tarnished.

On the other hand, the government of Somaliland does not receive a penny of foreign aid or handouts. Somaliland is the only country in the world which is debt-free.
