Things are changing. Yummy is a teacher, I'm a Consultant, Jeffo is a scientist, Aisha is a nurse, Amira is a journalist, thehappyone is a Car salesman, Baasto does part time karaoke etc reer UK doing big things

somalis in Bristol and Cardiff are v3ery successful, i know some family friends that have paid off their mortgage and send their kids to private schools. Lots of them are lawyers and doctors too.

You can't really find a conclusive answer to that question. You just look around you and the people you associate with and extrapolate what you see to everyone else.

Keep in mind that a large chunk of British Somalis came recently from other EU countries the past 15 to 10ish years. So, they have a hard(er) time finding skilled work due to their foreign education.LiquidHYDROGEN wrote:Don't forget Nurse/care worker. But I bet about 45% don't actually work.

Dont care about the the specifics but any legal job that pays well enough for you to make a living off is positive

3.unqualified( somalis have the largest group of unqualified preachers, sociologist, professors, teachers,journalists, anthropologists, medicsl experts. the government should recognise these people and utilise their talents).
4. job seeker( yacni shaqi radiis nin ku jira ila min yowmil qiyamati. every time you see him wuxu ku odhan shaqo baan bilaabi next week.)
5. black market( taa kami hadli karo, aki, fam, brader, for security purposes. i aint goin out with a butter knife that was used to cut xalwad)
war dadkani waa imtixaan.
