Getting a lot of pm's from users telling me how they have been spammed with gay porn... asking why the mods' won't act.

To be sincere, it is difficult to ban someone for what is going in private (PM). The best way is to ignore users.

A simple strategy; if someone posts insults/horrific posts etc use the report button.
If someone sends you a PM with deplorable contents/insults, ignore because it is beyond the realm of moderators/adminstrators.
