Xamar is half abandoned buildings and empty houses while hargeysa Is much more densely populated don't forget faysal cali was civil engineer worked in the past in xamar he knows the blue prints don't doubt his expertise.

Hargeysa is 71 km2 (27 sq mi)
Mogadishu is 91 km2 (35 sq mi)

It's not area size we are talking about its population and not foreign or displaced people population actual local population.
