It's definitely puntland. Try walking in xamar and you get raped by Abu amisom and walking in idooriaHargaisa you'll get robbed by some Oromo wecels

All I see is few hostage negotiators and NGO officials taking a little dip.

Ethiopia generates $872 million revenue from tourism in first quarter

can't compare the two

Kenya and ethiopha appear when Somalia broke a part.
