I read this article and it does not make sense to me. US wants to connect their military base in Djibouti with their military base in Somalia by road.
A. Somaliland would never let this happen, as the road would go through somaliland.
B. Alshabab controls a lot of land so it would be impossible to drive from Djibouti to Somalia
C. It’s to expensive

I can never see this happening, what a stupid idea.
