Hardly any honour and nobality within the somali race in 2019 , everyone is chasing that mulah . If someone gave you a bag of money to kill ppl in India,I'm sure you wontThe only problem I see is a lot of these recruits are former clan/warlord militia members who have blood on their hands and who are corrupt to the core. They will be loyal to whoever is paying them the most at any point in time. The government doesn't have a lot of options at this time but investing in some similar to ROTC programs in the US may be some fruits in the distant future.
Hesitate to make that move .
