What happens often with these captured towns is the defeated tuugo will camp just outside that town and return as soon as these troops vacate the area since a local police/military force is not being created to prevent these guys from returning.

Yhh u are right but there is big changes happening on the ground now. It seems like the young Commander Odaawaa Cali raage is making great progress, no AMISOM involved. He liberated awdheegle, saban, now buurweyn, only torowtorow is left and mubarack and basra.
