Dalalos good point. Marexaan from Mudug down straddle the border with Ethiopia/Kenya so we have a important role to play. Inside the borders of Somalia is the bulk of us but we still have significant numbers that spill into both countries. Don’t forget when the Ethiopian Army escorted by SSDF attacked Balanbale.

Wasn't that a response to the Somali army Mudug campaign......where Cumar Mahmoud nomads and villages were targeted?

ignore original dervish he is having a mid life crisis, i'm sure he knows marhabka happened right after 77 and is actually what kick started rebellion and ultimate destruction of the state.

by the way there recently was some declassified CIA documents released, apparently rer caabudwaaq were armed to the teeth hence why the Ethiopian army could not take control.
