Why do people say Habar Awal when referring to Sacad Muuse . Why not just say Sacad or Ciise Muuse.

I dont get it.

Dee Dadkuu waa Kala Jiraan
I know Ciise Muse Niggas who Use Habar Awal
And some Sacad Muse Niggas who jump straight in and Vice Versa
Waa wixii dadka carabkoodu barto.
I see Reer Xareed and Reer Dalal guys who jump straight in after Sacad Muuse and dont say Jibriil Abokor
So waa iska xaalada markaa taagan
