Re: Trump just killed Iran’s Qassem Soleimani in Iraq
To look in another angle after assassination of the commander some people started celebrating the streets of Baghdad so this as a man organising wars and killings from Iran/IRQ war to the killings and destructions in Syria
So he who lives by the sword must die by it
So they killed this guy's by Helicopter strike so the Iraq authority must have known

I bet the drone that killed Soleimani came from Udeid Base in Qatar.Murax wrote: Sat Jan 04, 2020 4:46 am

Trump did the right thing. Iran has gone to far to spread its hegemony in the region.

Its highly probable that trump had no idea Soliemani was even at that base, it has the smell of isrealis all over it.
They have been pushing for a war with iran since forever, and trump has been exasperating to everyone even the isrealis.
When obama was faced with the unstoppable weight of jewish lobby, he handled it with grace and worked with the sane members of the isreali
government to hold back Netanyahu so that he doesnt go to war.
Trump does not want to go to war either but he approaches the problem the american way, by lying , bragging and clowning around and being unpredictable. One minute he is taking a pro isreali position that is more extreme than netanyahu and the isreali right, the next minute he is taking a reasonable position, all the while ignoring immense position to do as he is told.
he is successfully wiggling his way out of every jam he is put into, thus being exasperating to everyone.
Its not just the isrealis , he makes everyone pull their hair out in frustration..
As you can tell i am enjoying this very much, and wish him another 4 years inshalla.
We dodged a bullet with Hillary, most people dont understand that hillaries election was as bad as the cuban missile crisis.
Russia believes in diplomacy and international law, and they will take allot of abuse, humiliating attacks but they have red lines that cannot be crossed. One of those was Ukraine, they would have done nothing if Russians were killed in Syria, but any movews in ukraine means that the nuclear missiles fly.
Hillary was stupid enough to cross those lines..
Now back to Iran, i am pretty confident that there will be no war, the US doesnt want it, Iran doesnt want it but the main thing stopping the war is that the US is vulnerable, Iran has options to retaliate which they didnt 10 years ago.
The Iranian missile attack today was a face saving attempt , it does not matter that Mainstream media i.e the fake news outlets report no casualties, they have hidden casualties before in syria. I believe Trump will take this face saving and not retaliate..
The isrealis will scream and shout however..

Re: Trump just killed Iran’s Qassem Soleimani in Iraq; Iran responds with missile strikes at U.S. bases in Iraq
What options does Iran have?
If you remember more than a hear ago they launched missiles into Syria and hit ISIS bases accurately.
The level of accuracy was suprising to all observers including the US, this was a message that was loud and clear.
What does this mean strategically ?
before this technical advancement if the iranians were to attack a US base in lets say the airbase next to Mussafax Abudhabi
their accuracy was so bad that they would more likely hit empty desert or even residential areas of abudhabi.
Iranian missiles had zero tactical use and only usefull a s a terror weapon.
Today its different the Iranians can hit exactly what they want to hit and this has catastrophic implications for the Gulf and the US and the World.
In a full scale war with the US the Iranians know that they cannot stop an air attack, the US will go after civilian targets like infrastructure, hospitals, etc in an attempt to blow Iran back to the "stone age" like they like to say.
Most of its millitary assets will still remain like it did with serbia.
When NATO had air attacks on Serbia , the serbs lost less than 10% of its assets, NATO was hitting empty targets,
going after civilians made the serbs surrender..
Today in Irans case when the US goes after their infrastructure, they have so many vulnerable targets like US bases filled with US troops surrounding them.
They can target the Oil fields of Saudia and UAE take out more than 15 million barrels per day of supply, if you add Iraq and Irans thats another 5 millions barrels out of commision for several months probably years.
The world economy will crash, the derivative bubble will burst and stock markets wiped out.
There is a pumping station in Saudia that pumps seawater into the oil fields to keep the pressure up,
if that single station is hit that alone wipes out more than half of saudias supply.
and then there is the nightmare scenario for the gulf, the powerstation/desalination plants .
If they are hit there is no doubt thousands will die every day from thirst, thousands more will die form people attempting to run away and the total breakdown of law and order.
The UAE, Saudia practically and anyone that gets hit will cease to be a country.
This is why there will not be a war, Iran finally has deterrence,
Why do you think North Korea has been untouched,
If a single US cruise missile malfunctions and accidently goes over the border, the north koreans will unleash everything and thr most conservative estimates say that at least 100,000 civilians in South Korea will die within the first 12 hours.
This is without Nuclear weapons,..

I think if Iranian are to retaliate against this barbarous act of aggression by the US, the first target that will be hit will be Bahrain. And I believe that is their main target.
If Iran bombs Bahrain, one of the many consequences will a regime change at Manama, considering the Shica majority who have been living under the feet of the Sunnii minority monarchy. And this would be a consequence that will be very much welcomed by Tehran, to cement their influence in the region.

Bahrain is easy to get at because it's already destabilized. A revolution will involve a US invasion with Saudi and UAE armed intervention.
The problem is that mercenary forces and the Bahraini loyalist forces combined with allies will be defeated.
When the US is defeated on the ground they lash out in anger so a Bahraini revolution will spark a war with Iran.
This is why they are holding off,
They can start a successful revolution at will..
