Madoobe does not trust N&N and that is too much to ask from him in the first place since N&N has done everything to remove him, however he is looking out for his interest and has been forced to accept certain condition as well as taking a position of neutrality for now.

what you said is the truth, but people like to lie to themselves, the port construction alone is around 250 million then add another 1 or 2 billion on proper infrastructure / roads and bridges. we are talking about at least 2 billion dollars of investment. which is why hobyo port is a pipe dream for now.

If corruption is factored, the final cost would be double or triple. I wonder about how those investors are gonna recoup those billions of dollars, particularly in this climate of global recession.
