If the buck stops with Hawiye then the federal authorities should be relocated from Mogadishu to a non Hawiye city eg Bosaso. Mogadishu should be quarantined and socially engineered

Don’t worry it isn’t that big of a deal. Rumor has it that Hutu women specially HG have way more children than the average Somali women. So even if thousands get killed today, you will birth a thousand more tomorrow.
