When you produce your own blue print for a luxury 6 bedroom houses with a yard will cost you 80K plus, LAND NOT INCLUDED.

The last house we built last year cost 87K.

The land is the difference maker. The airport area is nice but not that expensive. Most people buy lands the other side of the city. Land in that area will cost you 10k+
