Las Anod was the only town and region to repulse the Ethiopian backed snm.
It never fell to the iidoor during many battles, even after the fall of the regime the people stood firm.

This period in our history will be remembered by the succeeding generations.

Siciid the capture and destruction of Las Anod after the fall of the regime in the north, was the holy grail for iidoors.
The Ethiopian backed terrorists massacred thousands of men women and children in Borama, Cerigabo, Lugahaye and all non iidoor towns in the north.

Las Anod/Sool was attacked by the combined forces of the terrorists, yet they failed to get within 100km of the blessed city.
We can only imagine what would have happened to the people if the terrorists were successful.
The iidoor were literally frothing at the mouth for Dhulbahante blood.
