Somali women were instrumental in formenting clan hatred and keeping clan wars going.

When the men ran out of money, they sold their gold to finance acquisition of new arms. When the men won, they ululated in joy. When the men were discouraged and about to quit the purely innocent somali women urged them on to fight more.

How on earth are Somali women any less guilty than somali men?

NoAngst, you're pointing fingers at small time misdemeanors. Men and women are to blame for being ignorant and easily led, but only men were the leaders. With great power and all that...

Ofcourse, blame it on the women for all your lack of sound judgement and failures.

Typical Farax mentality.

If women really wanted to end men's penchant for violence, as alleged, then I would expect from them to use the most potent persuasive weapon available: their love tunnel. They should close it off to traffic. You shoot, no dip through my tunnel!

But that's not what they do is it? They're complicit in perpetuating civil war and strife by raising funds for clan wars. I've seen with my own two eyes one time a lady go as far as put up the house of her own children lived in for the sake of giving her clan all the funds needed. I've seen women harangue young men to go fight. I've seen them sing uplifting songs for their clans on the way to clan war.

Sorry but I see nothing trivial about what I said. They're serious indictment of Somali women. THe innocent lovey-dovey image of Somali women can't stand to close scrutiny.

Most forumers in general are men, women are computer illiterate . Laughing

Honestly though, Margaret Thatcher has shown that women in power don't act any differently than men in power.
