US policy to toward non-friendly foreign countries:

A non-friendly country with oil and nuke, kiss their arse...or harass economiclly until friendly.

A non-friendly country with nuke and no oil, kiss their arse...or harass economiclly until friendly

Lesson learned here is the US will kiss your arse with or with out oil if you have a nuke if not, sidii Carabtaa baa laa ku wasii Laughing

Just missing the "terrorism" and "Islamic radicals" tags. Otherwise it pritty sums up the narrow interest driven world view of Uncle Sam. Very good.
