That table is full of speculation.
The consensus of the scholars, reported by Imam Bukhari (RH) is that reliability of the Prophet's (SCW) lineage stops at Cadnan until he is joined up to Prophet Ismaacil (CW). The rest is based on wide speculations (see Bayhaqi-Dala'il an-Nubuwwah).
