Gedo has no security, it was only recently when fighting stopped. But don't worry, see what paradise pops up when the place gets a maamul that truly controls the security Aabe Siyaad style.

Dubai or Africa. Cool

"He has an organization of subordinates that assist him in carrying out administrative
activities in both the city of Kismaayo and the remainder of the Lower Juba region.
To administer the region, Colonel Hirale appointed a Chairman, a District
Commissioner and a Mayor of Kismaayo."

Wallahi I'm a Jahel, and I used to wonder why these guys hated Barre Hiiraale so much, until I saw this. He literely removed them from Kismayo by force, and stamped his authority on them like it was nobodys business. Walle calacal kooda sii fiican aan u fahmay hada

Luq: Morgan kicked Absame in the early 90's, then Dulbahanta, then Marexaan came and kicked him out, just him. Then he came back and kicked Marexaan out.

No Majerteen has ever been kicked out of Kismayo, not a single one. Just because Hiiraale appointed himself the Mahdi of Kismayo does not mean anything has changed for MJ's in that city.

Your absolutely correct. MJ and Harti CIVILIANS have not left the city because they didn't have to. Barre would not allow his militia to strong arm, and abuse people like the Hutus did. Marehans never did, have a problem with Majerten in particular, but Morgan did try to take advantage of Marehan in Kismayo after we helped him out, and that pissed us off. He had to go. However Marehan don't have an interest in driving Harti out of Kismayo. If anything this is an evidence that Harti were being treated well.

Then I have to say that's Morgan's business, he was a drunk and never got MJ support in the first place.
