Top of the morning to you.I have had a hard time sleeping these past few days but now I am better.

My advice to you is to take some Benadryl (the active compound is an antihistamine that makes you drowsy) about 1 hour before bedtime. Let go of all the stress that is getting to you and don't be too hard on yourself. If you can't fix whatever that is bothering you, don't worry too much about it.
