Pure Rubbish

This is all nonsense. This inititive was suggested by me, and the Transitional Federal Government Of Somalia, thought it was a good idea. This has nothing to do with my friends Somaliland. Its not like they need an influx of terrorists guised as 'refugees'. The reason I introduced this was because I heard a lot of terrorists from Mogadishu are going to Hargeisa. We want to keep all the terrorists confined in Mogadishu, so we can hunt them down and iliminate them a la April. Makes sense?
