Why did Djibouti allow American warplanes and gunships stationed there to bomb Somalia?

You got it wrong. It's the warlords and war criminals who are slaughtering the defenseless and unarmed citizens. Those warlords and war criminals have been (still) armed and financed by America, Europe and Ethiopia. They got paid tens millions dollars from Western companies to dump toxic waste in Somalia. Those warlords and war criminals do not represent Somalis, as they serve the interests of America, Europe and Ethiopia. So, it's not defenseless and unarmed citizens (who make up +95% of Somalia's population) who are slaughtering each other.

If they are serving the interests of foreigners, they are foreigners. How can they be Somalis when they allowed toxic dumping that will affect Somalis for generations to come?
