This is a fair question, but Nation of Islam members believe that Elijah Mohammed was a Prophet and they do not subscribe to the Hadith, only the Qur'an, so I would think that most Muslims would reject their statement of faith on the basis of those two facts.

Mad mac the nation of islam used to believe that eljah muhammed was a prophet because he misled them Malcom x exposed him for what he is and when eljah muhammed died the followers of the nation islam adopted the real ISLAM

and farakhan has his moment of brilliance but I don't agree with alot of his views but Malcom x was in a league of his own the guy was a Intelectuel leader with balls and really had a impact on the world unlike farakhan who is really is insignificant.
