In '77 we were also at war with Kenya, ninyaho go read couple books and find out what time it is...beled xaawo was a tuulo then, now it is a major border trading partner of three nations and the kenyans even give heavy weapons and support to Beled-Xaawo police when things get out of control just to keep the city peaceful
