Maakhir state and Puntland states ( A discussion )

A military build up in and around Bosaso is happening as Maakhir Authority has " sent " enforcement from Erigavo, Dhahar and Galgala, as the situation is getting very tense.
' Latest reports are indicating that the Maakhirian enforcement had reached the outskirts of Bosaaso and captured a small town called Laag, just 20 KM off Bosaaso and they have refused to let in or out any vehicle from or to Bosaaso

The warsangelis also claim to have closed the highway to Bosaaso from East Sanaag or Maakhir .
They argue that warsangeli elders were dicussing of annecting Bosaaso into their Maakhir state when the Puntland authorities intervened and opened fire after a confrontation .

Basically anything in between Badhan and Bosaaso is a warsangeli degaan, and what they have done is blocked the Main Roads towards Bosaaso city, and they have also set up few Isbaaros in villages near bosaaso..

This is all happening because the few Warsangeli that lived in Bosaaso got massacred in their own homes, and some of them got executed in Hospital...

If it openly was the Puntland authorities doing this I am really disgusted.
since its not the first time I've heard something like this from PL.
Last time it was dragging out dhulbahante men in Garowe prison and shooting them. ( I heard this around 4 - 6 months ago )

The other thing I am disgrunt about is the Galgala town as a factor.
from what I have heard the tuulo is inhabited by descendents of " gaalos and others " who later joined the majerteen branch of harti naming themselves Nuux Mohamoud. How can it be a warsangeli tuulo .

From what I heard the situation in Bossaso was a few Warsengeli vililanties who wanted to free some Warsan from a jail in Bossaso by force. When the attempt was made, Warsengeli neighborhoods in Bossaso were shelled. Now I as well heard that some Warsans blocked all the roads going into and out of Bossaso.

How can you Block the roads with men coming from Dharar passing by Carmo?

For mere words about Somaliland and Puntland
the first one has always been bigger in military and economic in coherence to Puntland. Remember JSL inherited alot of military armoury/ equipment from SNM since both the Dergen regime of Ethiopia and North Somalia falled in the same late years 88 -91
Jigjiga radar station and alot more was raided by the SNM in western Ethiopia , same with the Berbera facilities and W/G .
Many analysts have concluded it would not have made a great difference if Puntland had its mere militsia forcers up from Muqdisho , Somaliland would still be superior in military therms and manpower.
