Is Somalia going to be the first country in the world who extradiated some one or that mater it's own citizen,eventhough it has no treaty with a given country,it's basic kidnaping you are breaking all the laws international and Somali custom,how can you heartbreak a Somali mather who already lost one son and feed the ather one to the wolves.
