how many times are we really listening....not hearing....but attentively listening...
hearing is the ablity to perceive sound...thats it..
but listening..is The act of hearing attentively
thats the difference....
ill give u an example....during training today my boss came up to me and said "make a report on MLM" (multi-level marketing) and because i happen to be a rather bad listener...i hear LML and i prepared a report ...with all my efforts ...lol
I proudly gave it to my boss....and wo behold....in a minute i was the object of laughter...
we often see so many misunderstandings take place coz we dont listen...we've practically stopped listening....
well thats why listening is important....
any views.....tips...anyone????
p.s wtf happened to the board??shocked
