The reason is xamer was built before the civil war by the somali government...puntland was built after 1998 by its people..they did it by themselves thats why they brag and they have a right..once you show pics of beledweyn..jowhar..ceel-buur..and guri-ceel and show us the developments of those places can you say puntland has no right to brag.
