Mawlid is a character, he always has to insult someone to get a position. He is mad that he didn't get a position, because they were given to woman in the form of "minority" as opposed to Bantu. He is doing this so people can get mad at A.Yusuf, that is only his agenda.

If he wants to know the truth about him being a jareer, I'll say it to his face. He needs to stop making up stories, to get some nac nac.

Fah

Somalilanders are delusional.... Same with Djoubtians... In normal day life these djiboutians tell me they are "Djiboutian" and not somali... I ask what ethnic group they are... Afar or Somali and they will always tell you somali... But they aren't Somalis.....

Austrians are Germans but are delusional in the same sense... They had an empire called the austro-hungarian one and believe they aren't german...> They speak german are culturally german but Hitler made the ethnicity of Germans hated by the rest of the world.... So Austrians identify as Austrians.... Although hitler was from Austria proper.

Dawlad

I think Abdullahi Yusuf was either misinterpreted or he was demeaning Mawliid..... In the sense that he says you have nothnig to do with Somalis you are a Bantu from elsewhere.... if Abdullahi yusuf said you are not Ethnically Somali then he has a valid statement.

I would say that jeerer's are not somalis but they are somali by nationality, simple as that.

We somalis have the responsibility to recognize that somalia is not 100% somali.

Lets start to have respect towards other ethnic groups in somalia.

Remember like Alchemist said, Allah is watching us, so for the sake of Allah lets respect them.

Ethinicity vs Nationality.

Ethnicity you can not become part of it.

I will never be considered an Englishmen in the sense of my heritage.

I speak broken down somali but I am an ethnic Somali.

Mawliid Macaane is a Somali National. But not an Ethnic Somali. It's true.

Mowliid Macaane like others before him are all abused men who got discarded in the end. A/Yusuf was just ridiculing Mowliid Macaane's ambitions in the TFG by questioning the legitimacy of Somali Bantus in general, nothing more, nothing else.

Unclebin it is demeaning because Abdullahi Yusuf is not a Somali Elder in a Somali traditional authority position but the president of a nation, whose citizens also include Somali Bantu and all others. Even Arabs had seats in the Somali parliament during colonial times.

When it comes to the nation, ethnicity has nothing to do with it, nation includes all who have citizenship which Mawlid and the Bantu do, so in a sense by making the government a Somali ethnic group inclusive thing, Mawlid is right in saying abdullahi did not conduct himself as the president of the nation.

If he was a traditional leader however and this was a traditional council, he has a right in saying non-Somalis are not invited but it was not and so it was demeaning.

AM I ....." ALL THE PEOPLE"

Secondly you as a rahanweyn Digil iyo Mirifle are borderline non-Somali... So I wouldn't talk...

You speak May May which is not mutually intelligible with Darood, Hawiye, Isaaq, Dir dialects.... You are not Nomads like us... You are agro-pastoralist... So I don't know where your coming from....aren't you guys something called Sab?

With whoever fills their stomachs and provides them with shelter & security. You should the Bantus brought to the U.S., they are more loyal to America and sing their praises better than the rednecks.

Unclebin. I understand the difference between ethnicity and nationality and I get where you are coming from. I do have a question though. At what point does the line between the two become blurred? In other words If your ancestors immigrated to England 300 Years ago and mixed in with the general population both biologically and culturally wouldn't it be safe for you to now call your self english?

AY has no brains, he is making the lives of us somalis harder.

First he brings in ethiopians

Who then bring back the warlords.

Now he wants to cos tension between the somalis and jeerer's.

The jeerer's are sleeping now with the somalis at the weakest moment.

If the jeerer's wake up and start thinking, they could end up controlling many area's of south somalia, plus the habesh would love this idea, they habesh would arm them well.

Somalis should think carefully especially when they are nothing today.

Lets not make more enemies especially the jareer's.

Bantu NEVER mixed with the Somalis.
