Who's paying for this, the Somaliland taxpayer or the American taxpayer?

But riyaleh always looks like a gangster and stand tall above every one.

Lol i know he's a tall dude but that body language part i was specifically refering to the times where he's pictured sitting in a meeting and his body language is just "way to layed back", as if he's not interested.

Did you see Riyaale's arrival in DC? Labo shimbir isma waydiin. No secret services, no local reporters and not even USA politicians. Riyaale came and was greeted by some empty limousines with the Somaliland flag hanging on the window. They took pictures in an empty parking lot. Even the local newspapers did not even mention his arrival. That's how the International community perceive Somaliland: Irrelevant. I am sure if top USA politicians were challenged to show Somaliland on the mab, they'll point to Somalia
