why wait for the Allah, Allah was there all along when this rat was torturing innocent people at will, what did Allah do?.

Only weaklings leave somthing to Allah, i say " an eye for an eye"
Thats BLASPHEMOUS
exactly, everyone here says he is gaalo though, im not making that call

My thought about someone who blames Allah for all the fruit of human wickedness and says, "Why doesn't Allah do anything about wars and famine?" is that perhaps, if such a person were to face Allah with their question, they might get the reply, "I did...that's why I put you there for." Allah has entrusted us with free-choice (We dont know our fates, so we must make our own choices, Allah knows what to come, but our minds are not built for that obv) and has equipped us with great capacity for love and sacrifice. Until all of us, as humans, have done everything in our power to treat our own self-inflicted disease, we have no right to blame Allah

Sir Lug,

He can relive his fantasy by reading the unabridged version of 'The Count of Monte Cristo'. Then markuu ciilbeelo he can forgive him.

....I would also recommend 'Les Miserables' so he can see the magnanimity of forgiving & moving on and how good fortunes favor those who are magnanimous.

I say let the punishment fit the crime. I would punish the person mentally and emotionally instead of physically though.

It's easy to say leave it to allah(swt) when it hasn't happened to you, but I suspect our reactions would be totally different in real life.
Here is the scenario:

You met someone who was somebody back in the days, who caused a lot of grief to your family. He arrested your father under false pretense, participated in his torture, was even promoted because of that as your dad was languishing in jail for a period of 11 years, none of your family members was allowed to visit while serving his time, you basically grew up with faded mental picture of your dad, and that was the time you really needed him the most, the time when you needed a role model and a father figure to brag about.

Now, you met that person, aged, frail, helpless. You spent countless nights contemplating on ways and means to punish that culprit, you even mastered -albeit mentally - brutal techniques of inflicting pain on this monster. Would you fulfill you fantasy or would you have a second thought?
i wouldnt. not in a million years.

old and frail bring to mind compassion and mercy. in other words he will get his comeuppance.
