Inshallah they will be shot one by one..

Anyways this just another prove that shows how business minded our people really are.. Somalis have been about to survive without any government for 17 years, and some of them were even able to start businesses. Now just imagine we somalis had a decent government..

The term Somalia is missleading, its the booming Puntland and Somaliland that are causing Somalia to still mean something on economic level. The GDP per capita in Puntland for instance is about 2,000$ per year. That's more than many African countries but overal the Somali GDP per capita is only 600$, lowered by the dirty south

Then can you explain to us why Mogadishu is used as the example of economic change without state in most of the studies?

Sure, Bosaso port is doing good business, but was no way near Ceel macaan port which had more revenues then all significant ports in Somalia combined.

Know what you talk about before you utter silly remarks.

Exactly. We should form a lobbyist group so that Western countries know not to lump us together with the savages from the south. Puntland is a separate entity from the zoo that is Somalia.

Somaliweyn, just when I thought Cabdallah was ridiculous for even UTTERING dusty Galkacyo folks have "2,000" GDP per capita you ask why the capital city of Somalia and the largest city is used as the example of Somalia.

Are people getting dumber or is it me?

Posh, I am not Hawiye, but the Bakara market makes more in 6 months than Puntland and Somaliland combined in two years.

Bari, Nugaal and North Mudug make 2.5 billion $ revenue each year out of the 5.2 billion $ Somali GDP

Thats nearly 50% of the entire Somali economy from a region with only a population of around 1 million compared to the rest of 7 million...
