They're retards. The only valid terms you could use are:
"Somali" (ethnic definition)
"Kenyan" (national definition)
or "Nomad Elder" (specific definition)

Somalian is the one term you CAN'T use, because the town is located in Kenya.

Somalian is the national definition of a citizen of Somalia that does not have to be Somali, since it's a term of citizenship (ie Somalis, Somali Bantus, Bravanese, Bajuni or Benadiri, etc)
