Akhi, Don't think I have ANY sympathy or pity whatsoever for the people who died. They very well could have gotten what they deserved from Allah swt for the evil they were doing, and maybe a more severe punishment awaits them in the hereafter. Wallahi the only reason I'm raising these questions is I want to know the xaqq on this issue as I can easily follow my hawaa like the people who follow the likes of Zarqaawi, Osama etc. and believe they're right. I'm also very aware that these TFG soldiers are committing a major, major sin and they could have committed riddah already. However the fact remains that You and I CANNOT make takfir upon them even though our hawa would push us to do it, and since we can't make takfir upon them how could we use the word "Jihad" when We're fighting against them? As for the Eithipian kaffirs I'm 100% against fighting them and their allies (when together) but to exlusively target Somali Muslim TFG and call it Jihaad is not something I'm willing to do. Allah swt knows best.

I dont care if the TFG soldier is Cayr ,bani hashim,sacad or abgaal.The point is: he works with a puppetregime in killing muslims who want to rule by shariahlaw and that is treason.
