But the link is of the somali football player scoring for the Shefield united senior team.

Quite an acheivement breaking into the first team @ 17, this kid is destined for big things inshallah.

I perdict over the next 10 years there will be more somalis in football teams inshallah. Infact there are quite a few in academies across the country.

Liban is the first Somalian to be awarded a professional football contract in England after impressing with United's Academy.

After spells with Newport Pagnell Town and Buckingham Town, he was picked up by United when he moved to Sheffield, thanks to assistance of the Football Unites, Racism Divides' programme.

He is a big, awkward striker that causes problems for defender.
