There is no 'terrorist card' sxb, when you have al shabab committing suicide bombings and using innocents as shields and terrorizing civilians, what other word is there to describe them?

America is broke and is having a tough time in financing the Iraq/Afghanistan occupations, so the best war criminal AY can expect is a few $millions.
