freak out over the smallest things that probably won't matter in the end. I bet most of us here can relate to this.
I used to be a control frek and got testy at the smallest sign of stress. I know its normal for people to get angry every now and then but I hate the thought of being in a negative mood and snapping at people around me.
I guess what I am trying to say is people need to make an extra effort to be kind and stop complaining. there are probably other people who are worse off than you. be thankful for what you have. allow yourself time to appreciate all the wonderful things around you. look at the sky and notice how blue it is or close your eyes and listen to the wind moving through the tree leaves. its unbelievable.
so breathe and relax.
