No offense to habargedirs but they were poor peasants from central somalia. They destroyed Mogdishu but Ethiopia and the West destroyed Somalia.

None of the above. Somalis are a threat to somali unity. If somalis really wanted unity, I highly doubt one sub-clan could stand in the way of that goal. As for the eithiopians, they are here because us somalis brought them.

SnowIdiot, Ethiopia was behind the destruction of Somalia...........it used greedy reer mudug focks(majerteens(SSDF) & USC and qaldans(SNM) to do it........the only daroods that can be blamed for helping Ethiopia to destroy Somalia are the majerteen dhabayaco midgets.

what about qaldaans? Did they have a role?

Somalia was initially destroyed by Barre government, but HG and other hawiye had an opportunity to fix the country after the dictator was ousted. Instead they decided to kill each other and innocent minorities and destroyed mogadisho in the process.

today this old mj guy, was trying to play cool blaming the muqawama for the death and destruction of mogadishu.
Then some ogaden guy asked him what was the best solution.
He replied that the muqawama should stop all their activities and bring everything to a halt.

Then he was asked who will save somalis from Xabashi butchery once the muqawama stopped their activities.. this guy was so confident and he said galada (international community)

Somalis need to stop blaming different clans for everything. If somalia wanted peace, they could have easily achieved it. Instead we have idiots as leaders and warlords that call the shots, and obviously a peaceful somalia is not in their best interest. These "politicians" thrive on the disunity/qabyalad of the somali people, its the only way they can actually get somalis to support their mumbo jumbo and until somalis realise that, we are doomed.

Gifted

Would you agree that HG deserve majority of the blame? At least their leadership?

Somalia was divided in 1988 when its own government destroyed HargeisaBurco/Berbera. After the dictatorship was gone, we left, packed our bags and made our own country. The best decision was made and look at it 20 years later, hopefully recognition will come when the United Nations stops being racist and realizes that the only legitimate Somali state is Somaliland. Just like Kuwait broke away from Iraq, we will break away from that wretched country in the dirty South.

Rebel, no matter how many times you say HG destroyed Somalia or Siyad Barre and Marehan did it or Ogaden and ONLF are the reason we don't have a country today or Isaaq demolished it, the fact of the matter still remains..and that is, the overwhelming majority of my fellow coutrymen/women think you and your godless habash worshipping majirtens are the cancer and obstacle to peace in Somalia.

Blaming HG or Siyad Barre won't erase the crimes you committed against all somalis. And that is bringing habash to our beloved nation and offering them to your daughters and mothers while they chill in our capital. Your future grand children will pay a price if not you.

HG has played big role in Somalia's distruction. they have managed to use other Hawiyes for their own advantage.

ninkii soo joog laga waayo soo jiifsaa laga helaa. HG hada waa gacan ku gabad, or should I say they are cumaamad ku gabad.

were was their newly found patriotism when they were destroying Somalia left to right and pilaging innocent minorities :?:

I think Abgaals and other Hawiyes need to wake up to the reality that there could be no viable Somali state before this HG beast is tamed.

Sh Shariif has realised just that.
