Help me understand Somali daqan, walaaliyaalo :]

Postby pseudowizard » Fri Aug 08, 2008 3:40 pm

I have some questions:

I already know that according to Islam surwaal is haraam (supposedly). However, within our messed up deen-deprived daqan, is it condoned anyway? Or does female attire consist of only abayas, dirac haraago and baatis (dirac guri ku-joog)?

Firstly, they think you are a jareer just like me so they won't even help you out in this case. Even a topic on the fat wh.ore Basra got more views.

But, let me help you out.

Pants are haram. It doesn't even suit your personality, you're above it, period.

Dirac is too revealing, I don't think its any better than pants.

Stick to abayas, stylish and modest.

Pants are haraam? :(

And how do pants go with personalities? That makes absolutely no sense. You're bonkers, paidmonk. Bonkers, I tell you. And how can one be 'above pants'? I'd like to know your rationale for being so anti-surwaal. You wear surwaal after all. Hehe.

And abayas are not stylish! I like skirts, though. They're cute. Abayas are just too...too oldskool. They look like something a 30 year-old with two kids and a grocery list should be rockin', you know?

Idk, I'm very confused, at the moment. And I really don't mind these apes thinking I'm a Jareer. It beats being part of the dysfunctional Daroodi crew. What losers!

Yeah, I love being jareer here. At least I don't have to be forced into clan battles.

But yeah, you're above pants. As in, pants are for guys and shemales. You are a good WOMAN, above pants.

Yeah, skirts are great, but what length are you talking about?

I find abayas to be stylish, regardless.

And plus, I only wear surweel (NOT "surwaal" you moron) when I'm outside of the home and its forced on me. Otherwise, I rock macawiis inside the house. Its my shizniz. 8)

Honestly, surweel are just pointless, I'd never wear them if society didn't force them on me. I'd love to dress 24/7 like a Saudi man. Large khamiis and the little hat. I basically wish I was a Muslim female so I could dress modest and cute and comfortably. I can't believe you'd pass that up. :(
