I believe they can...But the relationship has limits..I wouldn't go with him in a bed room or be alone with him or touch or do what some call "Faro ka Ciyaar"...Other than that friendship is a possibility..Between different sex..

Luggoyo, Man it never works walaahi, specially if shes married. She'd think that since shes married, u wouldn't think of her that way so she gets comfortable with u. This makes everything harder than they already were.
