He was accused of being an assassin in the North Galkacyo assasination. He was living among his Rer Abtiyaal in North Galkacyo. There had been a kidnap exchange 2 days ago brokered by the Galkacyo business community from both sides. IT was agreed that this man would be released.

His detention was the reason behind the spate of kidnappings in Galkacyo as both sides began kidnapping anyone from the other side.

Things are tense now and people are enraged in South Galkacyo especially since he was in a Puntland jail and the guards allowed the killers to enter to kill him.

Abdiwahab, I am not surprised the Ethiopian prostitutes in Punaniland killed an innocent man but why are the Sacad elders and politicians not saying anything? I never really heard anything being said by anyone from Galmudug regarding this killing. We have seen how the Punanilanders were running their mouth all over the place and were threatening the people of Galmudug when one of them got gunned down not long ago. Even then, they had no proof that the killing was done by Sacad whereas now we know this man was killed by them.

If Sacad don't stand up to these prostitutes and instead treat it as a minor issue, expect the killing to go on. Even if this Galmudug can't do anything, others must speak and send the Punanilanders a clear message that in the future something like this won't go an answered. Galmudug has nothing to loose if a war breaks out in Galkacyo.

The idiot who runs Waagacusub should direct his propaganda and hatred towards the Punanilanders instead of constantly criticizing Hawiye elders.
