you need to worship too.
i found midnight prayers and quran recieting very useful, and brain sharpen activity.
and makes me all day feeling light/ happy/active.

i believe no outside factor can be attributed for ones lifestyle

4 example i prefer chewing in my room most of other prefer public

i prefer chewing with not more than two other fellows,others are different
