1. Remember Allah ur Creator -sw- pray, and surround urself with people of the Sunna, and realise Depression is a shaytaan tactic to make u doubt ur believe and ur Faith

2. Or Go see some white doctor who would give u some messed up drug which would make u more of a nacas than u are already.
