Gentlemen I need a big advice today.
I am very impatient when it comes to listening to people. I assume I know what the person immediately after the person open his/her mouth. . I have a tendency of dorminating in every conversation I am in be it in court hearing, medical appointment, traffic stop, classroom discussion or employee complaint. I have a habit of interrupting people and finishing people's sentences. I have been accussed by my employees as being rude and not listening to them and some said I was disrespectful. I had a lot of problems with My female employees who expect me to do a lot of crap listening and showing emotion and empathy but I cut their sentences when they start complaining about something. Sometimes I assume I know what they are telling me and I promise to do something about it but the reality turned out to be what they were complaining about is not what I thought was the case.
