Exactly no-one troubles them.. so why was this one arrested and not others because she is probably accused of a criminal act or could be civil, somaliland you can be arrested for civil disputes.

Furthermore if every Somali is allowed to go wherever they want then why are marehan getting involved in the arrest of one person.. unless of course they are saying somaliland is a seperate state and we are acting as consular advocates for our citizen :lol:
