That warlord did NOT fight against the ICU. He never opposed them at all. He worked against Qeybdiid and denied him help.

But Xabsade fought against the Shabab, joined Barre Hiiraale's group to fight Shabab etc.

The Difference:
Roobow in charge of Bay and Bakool operations, very little atrocities and bloodshed there. Roobow tends to avoid civilian deaths too in military operations.
Kismayo and Jubba Valley al-Shabab isn't run by Roobow, and they're not quite so fair.
Roobow should be minister of defense.

The guy in Kimsaayo was first captured and released. He was later captutred again and killed after they said he had been spying for the Ethiopians, and he was killed by Ogadeen not, Leysaan so how does Leysaannimo come into play

Its qabiilism that ONE guy gets killed on suspicion of being against the Shabab while Xabsade who publically joined Barre Hiiraale & his team gets spared, is escorted to Wajid and allowed to fly to Djibouti.

Where is the fairness ?
