somaliweyn

i know you have an axe to grind and you want to prove two things, that al shabaab is not excusively the ressistance, and that majority of the muqaawama fighters in xamar are hawiye. now, i agree with you on both points, but it's ludacris for you to claim that al shabaab has no real presence in xamar, because they do. i remember couple of months ago, abu mansuur held a press conference in the middle of xamar with a group of his henchmen, they were even parading around that neighborhood with a captured tfg police car!. there were also several ogaadeen fighters loyal to xasan turki fighting in xamar, they're known as mucasarka kaambooni.

and as far as punishing warlords, i think it's a bad idea. I believe that warlords will forever be irrelevant in future somali politics after their decisive defeat by the maxaakiim in 06, and the only way they could be relevant is to come back riding tigray tanks, and that won't happen anytime soon since the tigray won't be coming back on a massive scale inshaa allaah.

if you look at it, almost every somali has a few killer relatives, so it's counter productive to look at the past and start to hold trials left and right!.
